Living Beauty will accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund - including taxes. Gently used or opened products can be returned for a store credit.

Exclusions for Return
For sanitary reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE:
All hair brushes, face, body and sexual wellness tools, including- cleansing sponges, makeup sponges, eye lashes, makeup brushes, mask brushes, toothbrushes, sale items, supplements, vibrators and gift cards.
For purchases made in conjunction with a GWP:
Gently used and opened products and GWP products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unopened and unused products qualify for store credit only.

Return Shipping
Please note: there is a shipping label fee for all returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. This fee is based on the location and weight of items being returned.
It can take up to 30 days for a return to be processed and the refund/store credit to be issued upon receipt by our customer service department.
Should you wish to mail back your own items with your own return label, please email our customer service team at hello@living-beauty.com to coordinate.
Damaged/Manufacturing Defect
Damages, defects, or product concerns must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving your order. Concerns reported after this 30 day window will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
